Get to know Shannel

Shannel Escoffery has been a South Florida resident for over 30 years. Before beginning her real estate career, Shannel worked in social services, opening and managing over 60 treatment facilities. With over a decade of sales and management experience, Shannel offers her clients a unique blend of leadership, customer service, and expertise.

After graduating from Florida A&M University, she went on to fill several executive leadership roles. This experience allowed her the opportunity to work alongside some of the best teams in South Florida, where she learned from the most knowledgeable and influential business leaders. The experience she acquired in her previous leadership roles helped her launch her real estate career successfully.

Shannel has always taken great pride in excellence when it comes to her work and delivering results. In 2014, she received the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association's Advocate of the Year award for her effective advocacy. She has her MiCP (Masters in Commercial Properties) and received the “Top Commercial Agent” and “Luxury House of Excellence” awards.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised a Florida girl, Shannel maintains that up-north, fast-paced work ethic coupled with diligence and accuracy. Shannel prides herself in her attention to detail, keen communication skills, negotiation strategies, out-of-the-box thinking, and drive to get the job done.
